I am a 25-year-old Deck Officer currently serving on the CMA CGM HYDRA. I started as a Cadet on the CMA CGM ALEXANDER VON HUMBOLDT, I have since gained experience on vessels like the CMA CGM AGADIR, CMA CGM NADOR, and CMA CGM TANGER . Passionate about the maritime industry, I focus on innovation and professionalism, and I am honored to serve as a Seafarer Ambassador.

Kawtar EL MOJBIR

Second Officer

Joining COMANAV as a cadet was the beginning of an exceptional journey. Trained at High Institute of maritime Studies ISEM Major de Promotion, I embarked on our ships with the ambition to learn and grow. Thanks to rigorous training and unique career opportunities, I climbed the ranks step by step, gaining skills and responsibility. Before turning 30, I had the honor of being appointed captain a source of pride and proof that determination and merit are always rewarded at COMANAV .

Chadi DIMACHKI

Master

I spent several years at sea, an invaluable experience that facilitated my transition to crew management . After a rewarding career in the shipping industry within the Group, I was appointed Human Resources Director. Recognizing the importance of human capital, I pursued a master’s degree in HR to better support our Talents and dedicated seafarers. At COMANAV, the transition from sea to shore is a true opportunity: many seafaring professionals successfully move into management roles. We prioritize investing in our human capital, ensuring a strong succession plan for both our onboard and shore-based teams.
