About us
CMA SHIPS Croatia (CMA BRODOVI Hrvatska) is an agency of the CMA CGM Group. Our main activity is the recruitment of seafarers from the Southeast Europe region (including Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovenia, and Hungary) to serve on CMA CGM vessels.
Our seafarers exclusively sail on CMA CGM container ships.
Our fleet includes some of the largest container ships in the world, with a capacity of up to 23,000 TEUs.

A proud moment for CMA SHIPS Croatia
Aboard CMA CGM HERMES, managed by CMA SHIPS Croatia, a historic visit took place at the Port of Koper, welcoming Chairman and CEO of the CMA CGM group Mr. Rodolphe Saadé, French President Mr. Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister of Slovenia Mr. Robert Golob, and Port of Koper President Ms. Nevenka Kržan.
During the visit, a long-term agreement was signed between CMA CGM and the Port of Koper, marking a new chapter in regional logistics cooperation.

On May 18, 2026, as part of the International Day for Women in Maritime, the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split brought together key industry stakeholders for a panel discussion on the theme "Experiences, Challenges, and Perspectives of Women in Maritime."
Dajana MRSIC, Chief Officer and Lovorka PASKVAN, She Sails Ambassador at CMA SHIPS Croatia, represented our company. They shared their insights and presented the She Sails program, which aims to support, promote, and create opportunities for women in the maritime industry.
Their presentation highlighted CMA CGM and CMA SHIPS’ commitment to equality and inclusion, earning highly positive feedback from participants.

In May 2026, our CMA SHIPSCroatia team had the honor of participating in the International Rowing Regatta for Maritime Schools and Faculties in Rijeka, organized by the Faculty of Maritime Studies. This event provided an opportunity to represent CMA CGM and CMA SHIPS, embodying our values: collaboration, resilience, and team spirit.
Beyond the competition, this regatta strengthened bonds within the maritime community, while highlighting the importance of unity and perseverance—key qualities for tackling the daily challenges at CMA SHIPS.
