CMA SHIPS Croatia (CMA BRODOVI Hrvatska) is an agency of the CMA CGM Group. Our main activity is the recruitment of seafarers from the Southeast Europe region (including Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovenia, and Hungary) to serve on CMA CGM vessels.
Our seafarers exclusively sail on CMA CGM container ships.
Our fleet includes some of the largest container ships in the world, with a capacity of up to 23,000 TEUs.
Aboard CMA CGM HERMES, managed by CMA SHIPS Croatia, a historic visit took place at the Port of Koper, welcoming Chairman and CEO of the CMA CGM group Mr. Rodolphe Saadé, French President Mr. Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister of Slovenia Mr. Robert Golob, and Port of Koper President Ms. Nevenka Kržan.
During the visit, a long-term agreement was signed between CMA CGM and the Port of Koper, marking a new chapter in regional logistics cooperation.

Yesterday, we participated in the International Rowing Regatta of Maritime Schools and Faculties in Rijeka, organized by the Faculty of Maritime Studies Rijeka. Our dedicated team proudly represented our company, promoting teamwork, determination, and a strong competitive spirit.
It was an inspiring event that brought together students, professionals, and maritime enthusiasts through sport, teamwork, and a shared passion for the maritime industry.
Our brave and dedicated team proudly represented our company, demonstrating the values we stand for every day: collaboration, resilience, commitment, and team spirit. Beyond the competition itself, the regatta was a great opportunity to connect with the maritime community, strengthen relationships, and promote the importance of unity both on and off the water.

At the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split, International Day for Women in Maritime 2026 was celebrated on Monday, May 18. As part of the programme, a panel discussion titled “Experiences, Challenges and Perspectives of Women in Maritime” was held.
As invited participants, our Chief Officer, Dajana MRSIC, and Lovorka PASKVAN, She Sails Ambassador from CMA CGM Croatia, took part in the discussion and presented the She Sails programme, while also speaking about the CMA CGM Group and CMA Ships Croatia.
The CMA Ships – She Sails programme focuses on supporting and promoting women in the maritime industry.
The programme was met with great enthusiasm and received very positive feedback from participants. Many attendees expressed their appreciation for the initiative, emphasizing its importance in supporting, encouraging, and promoting the role of women in the maritime sector.
