About us
Proudly part of CMA CGM Group, CMA Ships Myanmar began operations in September 2018 in Yangon.
As of January 2025, we manage a pool of over 820 Myanmar seafarers, ranging from messmen to Captains.
We provide career development opportunities and exposure to new technologies such as LNG and soon methanol vessels, with a focus on safety, sustainability, integrity, and seafarers’ well-being.

At CMA Ships Myanmar, we offer seafarers the chance to acquire new knowledge and develop their skills through training programs available both in Myanmar and France. This includes sessions at Tangram, the CMA CGM Group training center in Marseille, and regular participation in seminars at the CMA CGM Head Office.
We also run outstanding cadets’ program in collaboration with Myanmar Maritime University and Myanmar Mercantile Marine College.

I started my career with CMA SHIPS Myanmar as an Engine Cadet in 2019, and now I hold the position of 3rd Engineer. I am truly passionate about the company's strong safety culture and its well-maintained vessels.
