Cecilia PALEOTTI, Head of Training for French Seafarers and Soft Skills Development within the Marine Human Resources Department of CMA Ships, has recently been appointed Ambassador for the promotion of women in the maritime sector by Armateurs de France.

CMA CGM received the "Crew Safety" award at the UK Flag Forum 2026, recognizing the Group's and CMA Ships' commitment to the safety and well-being of seafarers, based on prevention, training, feedback, and strong partnerships.
