Accessibility Statement 

CMA CGM undertakes to make its websites, intranet, extranet and software packages accessible [and its mobile applications and digital street furniture] in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005. 

To this end, it implements the following strategy and actions: 

  • Multi-year accessibility plan 2024-2026 : CMA CGM is currently working on a comprehensive remediation plan for all of its assets, which will result in a detailed roadmap for 2024-2026 by the end of 2025. Group Multiyear Accessibility Plan 2025-2027.
  • Actions carried out in 2025, audit of the CMA Ships application and creation of: audit report, coding tips, design guidelines to help the application teams remediate issues.

Compliance Status 

https://cmaships.com/en is in partial compliance with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1.2 due to the non-conformances listed in the audit report file. 

 

Test results 

The compliance audit conducted by IBM Consulting reveals that: 

  • 64.06% of the criteria of the RGAA version 4 are met

  7. Criteria 6.1 Is each link explicit (except in special cases)?
  8. Criteria 7.1: Is every script compatible with assistive technologies, if necessary?
  9. Criteria 7.3: Can each script be controlled from the keyboard or any other pointing device (except in special cases)?
  10. Criteria 7.4 For each script that initiates a context change, is the user warned or in control?
  11. Criteria 7.5: On each web page, are status messages correctly rendered by assistive technologies?
  12. Criteria 8.2 : For each web page, is the generated source code valid according to the type of document specified (except in special cases)?
  13. Criteria 8.9 In every web page, tags should not be used solely for presentation purposes. Is this rule respected?
  14. Criteria 9.1: Is the information on each web page structured by the appropriate use of headings?
  15. Criteria 9.2. In each web page, is the structure of the document consistent (outside special cases)?
  16. Criteria 9.3 : In every web page, is each list properly structured?
  17. Criteria  10.4 In each web page, does the text remain legible when the font size is increased by at least 200% (except in special cases)?
  18. Criteria 10.7 In every web page, for each element receiving focus, is the focus visible?
  19. Criteria 11.1: Does each form field have a label?
  20. Criteria 11.10 : Is the input check used in each form in a relevant way (except in special cases)?
  21. Criteria 12.6 Can content clustering areas across multiple web pages (header, main navigation, main content, footer, and search engine areas) be reached or avoided?
  22. Criteria 12.8: Is the tab order consistent on every web page?
  23. Criteria 13.3 : In each web page, does each office document for download have, if necessary, an accessible version (except in special cases)?
