Congratulations to our six CMA Ships Philippines cadets selected for the CadetPlus programme, an important milestone in preparing them to thrive in multinational shipboard environments.
Six cadets from CMA Ships Philippines were selected to participate in the CadetPlus programme conducted by Wavelink and SMOU, a two-week pre-boarding training designed to prepare them for multinational shipboard environments.
The programme covered communication skills, personal development, regulatory awareness, and shipboard safety and integration.
General Manager Herbert TAN and Regional Training Officer Carl IDICA attended the graduation ceremony held on 22 May 2026, marking the cadets’ successful completion of the programme.
