Through our She sails program, we are committed to opening more opportunities for women at sea and helping reshape the future of the maritime industry.
In just one year, the program doubled the number of women seafarers across the Group, with the ambition of reaching 1,000 women by 2030.
Today, we celebrate the talent, commitment and leadership of women across our seas and shores, while continuing to support the next generation of women in maritime.
