I joined the Company in August 2017, and after more than seven years with the company, it is a privilege to work with such a professional team not only onboard but also ashore. CMA SHIPS provides great support for all seafarers in case of necessity. Safety is our top priority onboard before we start any job. At the same time, a good atmosphere among crew members is also a very important part of life and work onboard the vessel.
Working at CMA SHIPS is fascinating due to the commitment to continuous development. This dedication to growth allows me to constantly improve my skills and stay updated with the latest industry advancements. During my career as an officer, I have developed a desire to teach and coach, sharing my knowledge with others. Nowadays, I have decided to take the opportunity to work in the Marine Department as a Marine Department Operations Officer. In this role, I visit ships, share experiences with seafarers, and focus on their professional development. Believing that together we strive to be at the forefront of the maritime industry.
