At the latest UK Flag Forum, on April 16, 2026, CMA CGM received the “Crew Safety” award, recognising the Group’s strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of its seafarers. This distinction highlights the daily efforts of our crews at sea, as well as our shore-based teams, to continuously strengthen our safety culture.

The ceremony was attended by Natasha GRIFFIN, Managing Director UK, whose presence underlined the importance of this recognition for the Group’s activities in the United Kingdom: “We are honoured to receive this recognition, reflecting our commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our seafarers. It recognises the dedication of our crews and teams and our core belief: Work Safe, Go Home Safe, while highlighting the importance of strong partnerships in building a safer maritime industry.”

This award reinforces the ongoing efforts of CMA CGM and CMA Ships to ensure ever safer operations, based on prevention, training, feedback and close cooperation with all our partners across the maritime industry.
